With over eight years of experience as a psychotherapist and special needs educator, Esther has developed an expertise in mental health and educational support. Holding a master’s degree in counseling, She specializes in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Behavioural Therapy. Her work encompasses a broad spectrum of clients, both neurotypical or neurodivergent, from children to young adults. Her experience focus on issues such as family and care giver support, emotional regulation, mindfulness and behaviour support. Esther is a member of the Singapore Association for Counselling.

With over 20 years of HR experience, Joyce Tan combines her expertise in corporate training and talent acquisition with a strong background in counseling psychology. A member of the Singapore Association of Counselling (SAC), Joyce specializes in para-counseling programs, mental well-being support, and resilience-building workshops. Her ability to guide employees through self-care and small therapy groups adds depth to her HR strategies, making her a compassionate leader in employee retention and personal development. Joyce’s commitment to volunteer work, including supporting ex-offenders and seniors, highlights her dedication to fostering mental well-being both professionally and personally.

With over 20 years of experience in business operations and HR management, Shelley is the founder of The Solutions Space (TSS), a boutique consultancy that bridges HR and mental wellness. After a pause to focus on family, she returns with renewed energy, committed to fostering young professionals and promoting well-being across all sectors. Shelley’s passion lies in integrating HR with mental wellness to create a healthier, more productive workforce and society.

As a passionate Psychology undergraduate, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact in the fields of education and mental health. My goal is to improve teaching methods and provide comprehensive support for student well-being, contributing to a better and more inclusive world.
